Terms of Service
Effective September 29, 2026
The simple version
What we ask, in plain words
- The Fletcher Ministry Library is free for churches, schools, ministries and families.
- Use the episodes, printouts, coloring pages, lesson plans and rewards with your kids as much as you like. Please don't sell them or re-upload them.
- Accounts are for adults (18+): parents, guardians and ministry leaders. Children should not make their own account.
- Episodes play on YouTube or Vimeo, and their own rules apply there.
- Be kind, keep your login safe, and don't misuse the library. We may pause accounts that do.
- How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
The full terms below are the ones that count. Please read them.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Seven Spirits Studios LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), the maker of Adventure with Fletcher™. They cover your use of the Fletcher Ministry Library at adventurewithfletcher.com/portal (the “Library”), including the episodes, Bible lesson printouts, coloring pages, ministry lesson plans, rewards, certificates and sticker charts offered there (the “Resources”).
By registering, logging in or otherwise using the Library you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you register for a church, school or ministry, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the Library.
2. Who may use the library
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
- The Library is for parents, guardians, grandparents, teachers and ministry leaders who share the Resources with children. Accounts are not for children. Children enjoy the episodes and printouts with an adult; they should not register, log in or give us any information.
- Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
3. Free access and changes
The Library is offered free of charge. We sometimes call it a “free trial” because it is our first release, not because a charge will start on its own. We will never charge you without first asking and getting your clear agreement.
We may add, change or remove episodes, Resources or features, and we may pause or end the Library, at any time. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice of big changes on the Library or by email.
4. Your account
- Keep your password private. A church may share one login with its own ministry team; you are responsible for what is done under your account.
- Tell us promptly at hello@adventurewithfletcher.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
- You can update most of your details on your Account page.
5. Your licence to use the resources
While you follow these Terms, we give you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- watch the episodes and show them to children in your church, school, ministry, small group or home (including on a screen in a classroom, sanctuary or event you run without charging admission for the showing);
- download and print as many copies of the printouts, coloring pages, lesson plans, rewards, certificates and sticker charts as your children and volunteers need.
You may not:
- sell, rent or charge for the Resources, or include them in anything you sell;
- re-upload, re-post or re-host the episodes or files (for example on another website, video channel, shared drive open to the public, or social media) — please share a link to the Library or our channels instead;
- remove or change the Adventure with Fletcher™ name, copyright notices or credits, or present the Resources as your own work;
- edit, remix, translate or make new works from the characters or episodes without our written permission.
Want to do something not covered here (a translation, a conference showing, a curriculum partnership)? Ask us at hello@adventurewithfletcher.com — we are happy to hear from you.
6. Our intellectual property
Adventure with Fletcher™, Fletcher and the other characters, their names, looks and voices, the episodes, artwork, stories, printouts, lesson plans and the Library’s design belong to Seven Spirits Studios LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Bible passages quoted in the Resources remain subject to the rights of their translation publishers. These Terms do not give you any right to use our names, characters or logos except to use the Resources as allowed in section 5.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
7. YouTube, Vimeo and other services
Episodes are hosted and played on YouTube (a Google service) and Vimeo. When you open an episode you leave the Library, and your visit is governed by that service’s own terms and privacy policy — for example the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, the Vimeo Terms of Service and the Vimeo Privacy Policy. Our Like · Share · Subscribe buttons link to our YouTube channel and Facebook page, which are also governed by those services’ terms.
We do not control those services. We are not responsible for their content, advertising, availability, or for a video that they remove, block or change.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- register with false details, pretend to be another person or organization, or create accounts for others without their permission;
- let a child create or use an account;
- use the Library for anything unlawful, hateful or harmful, or in a way that misrepresents our ministry;
- scrape, bulk-download or copy the Library by automated means, or try to get around the login;
- probe, scan, overload or break the Library’s security, or access anyone else’s account or data;
- use the Resources in a way section 5 does not allow.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Library at any time and ask us to erase your account (see “Erasing your information” in our Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or close your account, or remove access to any Resource, if you break these Terms, if your use creates risk for children, other users or us, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Library. Where reasonable we will tell you first. The licence in section 5 ends when your account ends, but you may keep using copies you printed before then within the limits of section 5 unless we ask you to stop because of a breach.
Sections that by their nature should continue (including 6, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 15) survive the end of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE LIBRARY AND THE RESOURCES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, FREE OF CHARGE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE LIBRARY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY EPISODE OR RESOURCE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE.
The Resources are teaching aids. You are responsible for choosing what is suitable for the children in your care and for supervising activities, crafts and printed materials.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE LIBRARY IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Seven Spirits Studios LLC and its owners, staff, volunteers and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Library or the Resources or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
Seven Spirits Studios LLC operates in Colorado and Alabama. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other for at least 30 days.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of the state where you live that cannot be waived by contract.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we will tell registered users by email or on the Library before it takes effect. If you keep using the Library after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Library, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, sale or reorganization.
